Youngjin Yoo, Ph.D.

youngjinyoo Dr. Youngjin Yoo is Associate Professor of Management Information Systems and Irwin L. Gross Research Fellow at the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. He is also the director of the Ph.D. program in Management Information Systems. Previously, he was Lewis-Progressive Chair of Management at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. At Temple, he is initiating a research program exploring the design and the use of novel computing services in everyday life—a phenomenon he calls experiential computing. Dr. Yoo holds a Ph.D. in information systems from the University of Maryland. At Case, he was the recipient of the Walter Nord Grant and Glennan Fellow, both of which recognize his unique and innovative approaches to management education. He was a summer research fellow at NASA in summer of 2001 and spent a year as a research associate in 2003-2004 at NASA Glenn Research Center.
