• Pastor’s recommendation form (한국어 추천서)
• Official transcript(s)  If you are a college freshman you must submit your high school transcripts also.
• Applicants will be contacted for a face-to-face and/or video interview.
• You must mail in your transcripts and pastor’s recommendation form to:
